At MONAVI, we want you to shop with complete confidence. That's why we offer a 60-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
This policy applies to all countries we ship to, without affecting any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your country.
1. Return Period
You may request a return of products purchased from MONAVI within 60 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, MONAVI voluntarily offers a 60-day return period from the date of delivery.
Customers may request a return within this 60-day period under the conditions of this policy, without affecting their statutory rights.
When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, customers generally have 14 calendar days after notifying us to send the goods back.
3. International Consumer Rights
MONAVI offers international shipping to the countries available at checkout.
Our 60-day commercial return policy applies to all eligible shipping destinations.
Customers in the United Kingdom retain their statutory cancellation and return rights applicable to distance purchases.
Customers in the United States, Australia, Canada, and other countries retain any mandatory rights regarding returns, refunds, warranties, and consumer protection under the laws applicable to their purchases.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
4. Eligible Products
MONAVI products, including their standard models, variants, and accessories, are covered by our 60-day commercial return policy.
Any legally permitted exceptions applicable to specific products will be clearly communicated before purchase.
5. Product Condition
You may handle and inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Returned orders must include all items and accessories originally received.
Where legally permitted, customers may be responsible for any reduction in the product's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Conditions relating to our additional commercial return policy do not reduce your statutory consumer rights.

7. Return Shipping Costs
For voluntary returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the direct return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If your product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not meet applicable legal conformity requirements, MONAVI will cover the necessary costs of providing the appropriate remedy.
No restocking fees will be charged where doing so would conflict with statutory consumer rights.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed or required by applicable law.
For purchases subject to the European Union's statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive your withdrawal notification.
Where legally permitted, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.
Applicable statutory refund deadlines will also be respected for customers in the United Kingdom.
For voluntary commercial returns not subject to a specific statutory deadline, refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days after the returned items have been received and inspected.
No deductions will be made in violation of applicable consumer protection laws.

Our 60-day commercial return policy is separate from any statutory warranty rights that apply to your purchase.
Within the European Union, consumers benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for consumer goods, without prejudice to longer periods established by individual countries.
In Spain, new consumer goods generally benefit from a three-year statutory guarantee from the date of delivery.
Customers in other countries retain all mandatory warranty and consumer protection rights available under applicable law.
